Motorcycling Australia today released the riders selected to compete in the 2020 Australian 125cc Solo Speedway Championship at Pinjar, Western Australia.
Motorcycling Australia Track Commission approved the 16-rider field as well as the 125cc Teams Championship which will kick-off the Championship at Pinjar Park on the weekend of January 17.
Motorcycling Australia Track Events Manager, Sam Redfern, said the 16-rider solo and 7 teams fields showed Australia’s speedway talent was flourishing.
“This is a fantastic field of Australian talent for the 2020 solo championship and 125cc teams championship,” she said.
“Australian speedway is in a very healthy state and we have the talent to represent Australia on the world stage.
“I would certainly encourage speedway fans to get to Pinjar on the weekend of January 17 for what will be a fantastic championship meet.”
