With experience competing against former Under 21’s Australian Speedway Champion, Max Fricke, and a family history of Speedway racing under his belt, Medson will be one to watch tonight as he vies for one of the eight remaining positions available in the Championship. What is your current training process?
To keep fit and prepare for a race, I have a training regime that includes going to the gym, riding a bike and going hiking
What can’t you live without?
Definitely can’t live without the beach or being riverside!
